Pitco 40D Fryer Details

Complete your cooking line or replace an old fryer with the Pitco 40D natural gas 4 tube stainless steel floor fryer. With an impressive gas input rate of 107,000 BTUs/hr, this unit features thermostatic controls that automatically keep oil at the correct temperature set by the user between 200-400 degrees Farenheit. This fryer is perfect for frying a wide variety of foods in a limited amount of space.

The fryer construction makes it easy to clean with a welded tank and extra smooth peened finish while long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The Pitco 40D tube fired gas fryer features a 14 x 14 inch fryer area, a cooking depth of 4-6 inches, and an oil capacity of 40-45lbs. Two twin baskets are included with a removeable basket hanger for easy cleaning.

The Pitco 40D fryer also includes integrated safety features that are important for any foodservice operation. The gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until pilot is established and shuts off all gas flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out. A temperature limit switch will safely shut off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit.

This fryer features a built-in integrated flue deflector, and a drain extension and clean out rod. The drain ensures that you can quickly and easily drain away used oil for disposal. Additionally, this fryer features adjustable 6″ legs so that you can keep it level and stable.

The front drain of this fryer is a 1 1/4″ NPT drain connection for quick draining. This fryer also features a 3/4″ NPT gas supply connection.
